  • Warranty and Repair Procedures

    Within Warranty Period

    (Effective within one year from the purchase date):

    For assistance, please WhatsApp us at 9721 2879 to describe your product issue and provide your purchase invoice. We will help you schedule an appointment.

    • Note: If the damage is caused by human factors, relevant parts costs will be charged separately.

    For purchases made at Broadway, please call the Harbourmark Maintenance Department at 2742 8311.

    Expired Warranty Period

    Product Repair Procedures:

    • Please note that there is no door-to-door service.
    • Maintenance and inspection fee: HKD $300 (additional quotation for parts may apply).
    • To make an appointment, please WhatsApp 9721 2879 (no hotline available).
    • Bring the product and official receipt (if necessary) to our office in Lai Chi Kok.

    Repair Process:

    1. After you bring in the product, it will be delivered to the maintenance department for inspection.
    2. The maintenance department will provide a quotation via WhatsApp for any necessary parts replacement.
    3. Repairs will only be arranged after customer approval of the quotation.
    • If you accept the quotation, the maintenance department will proceed with the repairs and notify you when the product is ready for pick-up.
    • Parts warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.
    • If you do not accept the quotation, the product will be returned to you, but the inspection fee will not be refunded.
